Autumn Lake Healthcare at Ballenger Creek is an exceptional team-oriented healthcare organization seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and safety of our facility. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and knowledgeable about general building maintenance and regulatory requirements within a healthcare setting.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily maintenance and repair needs of the facility
- Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance
- Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds remain safe and properly maintained
- Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors
- Maintain required maintenance records and inspection documentation
- Respond promptly to maintenance concerns and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with facility leadership to address operational needs
Qualifications for Maintenance Director:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Director is preferred
- Healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care maintenance experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and preventative maintenance
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond to urgent facility needs
- Must be dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe environment
