They deliver excellent member service and generate revenue through Private Training and Supplements. Responsibilities include addressing member concerns, overseeing scheduling and time‑keeping, and communicating and enforcing company policies. Daily activities require 7‑day availability, including mornings and nights. The role also involves managing payroll and scheduling for personal training services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members. Execute prospecting strategies, conduct guest tours, and close training sessions. Provide introductory PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients to full programs. Generate complimentary appointments through member prospecting (in‑person and digital). Accurately administer client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout plans. Assist in revenue‑generating activities such as complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc. Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements. Review daily club sales performance and employee statistics with the Fitness Manager, VP, and staff to identify improvements. Administer company policies related to the sales process. Independently schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring optimal time management and service delivery. Coordinate direct client sessions, meetings, or service visits according to availability. Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations. Oversaw full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments. Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches meet revenue and service goals. Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals and conduct meetings with coaches to review performance and operations. Handle member service matters such as tours, explanations of services, signing up for training agreements, and mediating concerns. Perform administrative and housekeeping duties as needed. Alert Operations staff to repairs and maintenance needs and conduct daily facility walk‑throughs. Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork. Comply with operational procedures and conduct compliance checks of club systems and employee performance. Organization Relationships The Fitness Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and enforces all policies with the Coaching Team. Interaction with all club members and employees is required. Required Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales. Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, practices, emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude. Strong customer service focus, responding professionally to requests and inquiries. Clear communication of oral and written instructions. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel). Adherence to meal and rest break periods; must clock in and out for all shift times. Minimum of one certification recognized by UFC Gym and current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED; four‑year degree in a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of related experience; management/employee relations experience preferred. Physical Requirements Regular standing; lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking. Must frequently lift or move up to 45+ lbs.
