Program Business Manager with Security Clearance

Program Business Manager Candidate must have a TS/SCI w/ Poly. Key Tasks Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of the business systems and industry requirements. Experience performing analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications. Experience providing consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top-level contributor / specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environments. Experience planning and managing the realization of benefits through the integration of new capabilities within business practices and defining the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program. Experience maintaining focus on organizing and managing how time and resources are invested. Experience advising the PMO on whether the outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of new business processes. Experience optimizing the timing of the release of new deliverables into business operations. Education & Certifications Entry‑Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience; Associate's Degree + 4 years of experience; Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of experience; Master's Degree + 0 years of experience. Full Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience; Associate's Degree + 6 years of experience; Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of experience; Master's Degree + 2 years of experience. Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience; Associate's Degree + 8 years of experience; Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of experience; Master's Degree + 4 years of experience; PhD + 2 years of experience. Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience; Associate's Degree + 10 years of experience; Bachelor's Degree + 8 years of experience; Master's Degree + 6 years of experience; PhD + 4 years of experience. Salary & Benefits The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
