CODES AND STANDARDS ADMINISTRATOR II (NON-PEACE OFFICER)

Overview Position Title: Codes and Standards Administrator II (Building and Codes Official). Work Location: Sacramento, CA. Salary: $8,116.00 - $10,100.00 per month. Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time. Work Arrangement: In-office, five days a week. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Codes and Standards Administrator III, the Codes and Standards Administrator II is responsible for the operations of the permitting office and field operations covering construction and code enforcement of applicable laws and regulations, including manufacturers, use, conversion, and alterations of manufactured homes, mobilehomes, commercial modulars, and special purpose commercial modulars. The role also covers the construction, use, occupancy, and maintenance of mobilehome and special occupancy parks. Minimum Requirements The minimum qualifications are detailed in the Class Specification.
