You will also be responsible for creating an environment that engages and motivates staff to give their best each day while providing the highest level of care.Must have:2-4 years' previous experience in long term care environment, preferably as Administrator or Assistant AdministratorBachelor's degree from accredited collegeCurrent unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator's licenseMust be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term careNice to have:Experience in union environmentDocumented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey resultsSpecialization in healthcare administration or business administrationEqual Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Pay Transparency StatementCompensation for roles varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
