Job Duck Bilingual Legal Assistant

Job Duck is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Legal Assistant to support a fast-paced personal injury law practice. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing high volumes of legal documentation, keeping case information accurate and organized, and ensuring smooth daily operations for the legal team. Your work will directly impact case progression by supporting pre-suit paralegals, maintaining records, and following up on essential insurance and medical documentation.

Compensation Range: USD $1,150 to 1,220 per month

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review incoming records for accuracy, completeness, and relevance, flagging missing or inconsistent information for the legal team
• Manage and triage incoming and outgoing email communications
• Maintain organized digital case files within the CRM system
• Request and follow up on insurance policy information, declarations pages, coverage confirmations, and insurance logs
• Support pre-suit personal injury cases by organizing case files from intake through demand preparation
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records, medical bills, liens, and provider documentation

Requirements:

• Background in personal injury law
• Email and document management systems
• Standard office productivity tools

Work Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
