In this role, you'll be an integral part of the patient journey — conducting intake, helping patients interpret key testing, and providing the personalized nutrition support that helps them thrive.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting new patient intakes and setting the tone for our clinic's standard of exceptional, compassionate care
- Maintaining detailed notes in our EHR system and coordinating patient scheduling and follow-ups
- Reviewing food inflammation (IgG)and stool analysis results, and helping patients adjust their nutrition and supplement plans
