The role is part of the growing and dynamic Security Team in Nashua, NH, where you will support the Electronic Systems Personnel Security Office (ESPSO). The position focuses on ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other relevant security guidelines while facilitating personnel and visitor security processes. Responsibilities Acquire, review, and process Initial Clearances, 5‑year clearance reinvestigations, reinstatements, and clearance upgrades to completion. Process ES new hires and terminations using SIMS, DISS, and NBIS. Support and process PSQ’s, Foreign Travel, and reporting requirements for Special Programs. Maintain working knowledge of SIMS, DISS, eQIP/eAPP, NISS and JADE. Manage and maintain ES SIMS, DISS and NBIS databases. Maintain the PERSEC Shared Area and PERSEC One Space. Develop security plans to comply with existing directives and future requirements. Provide and maintain monthly and quarterly metrics. Maintain continuity plans relevant to the PERSEC Office. Demonstrate professional demeanor, effective communication, and multitasking abilities. Manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Execute hybrid remote work schedule: part onsite, part remote, following a 9‑8 schedule with every other Friday off. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Active government Secret Clearance. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of related administrative and clerical experience. Eligible for Top Secret Clearance. Working knowledge of SIMS, DISS, NBIS, eQIP, eAPP, and JADE. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Decision‑making and reasoning skills. Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and related security manuals. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and with a team. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s Degree. Top Secret (TS) clearance. Pay Information Full‑time salary range: $67,406 – $114,590.
