CRM Operations Specialist for AI Training

Role Overview
Use your CRM and sales operations expertise to evaluate, document, and improve sales workflows while contributing real-world examples that help train next-generation AI systems. This contract, remote role focuses on optimizing CRM processes in platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot and providing annotated data and feedback that shape how AI models learn and reason. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other leading platforms.
- Document current sales operations practices, identify pain points, and propose opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide real-world scenarios, examples, and best-practice guidance for CRM operations and sales enablement.
- Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.
- Assess and validate AI outputs for accuracy and alignment with actual sales operations.
- Collaborate on creating and reviewing documentation, training materials, and process guides related to CRM tools.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM and sales operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot required.
- Familiarity with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly valued.
- Proven track record of optimizing sales processes, implementing automations, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills, with attention to detail when documenting complex workflows.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for producing clear documentation and actionable feedback.
- No formal degree required, practical experience and platform fluency are the primary criteria.
- Experience giving feedback or training in process improvement or software implementation contexts is a plus.
