Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN Great time management skills Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Louisiana license Current CPR certification Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts Have dependable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr carpenterhealth
