Work Environment

The role of the Licensed Physical Therapist is stationed onsite, providing home care services directly to patients in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Engage in regular consultations with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all patient care history and treatment procedures accurately and in a timely manner, adhering strictly to company and regulatory standards.
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at relieving pain, restoring function, and promoting healing in patients with both temporary and long-term disabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.
• Instruct patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercises to enhance recovery.
• Complete administrative tasks, including required forms and reports, while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to the elderly, many of whom are navigating challenges related to injury recovery, chronic pain management, or post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• An active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
