Work Environment

This position will primarily involve home care, allowing you to work closely with patients in their own environments. Our clinicians enjoy a flexible scheduling option, which includes choosing from hours such as 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts each week. This flexibility ensures a balanced work-life dynamic while allowing you to provide care that is convenient for our patients. Key Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Move Strong, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and recovery goals.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary, using valid outcome measures to guide decisions.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care strategy for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation patients to individuals with chronic pain or movement disorders. By providing individualized care plans, you will directly contribute to their rehabilitation journeys, addressing both physical challenges and enhancing overall wellness. You will also engage with patients' families to empower them in the healing process and promote adherence to therapeutic activities at home.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
