- Project/Program Manager IIIApply**Job#: 3038123****Job Description:**Project/Program Manager III, Chief of Staff**Location:** Seattle, Washington (Onsite)**Contract**; 7 monthsRole OverviewThis role serves as a direct extension of a senior executive, supporting the day-to-day management of business and operations. The position is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs, overseeing all aspects of these initiatives. The manager will drive operational excellence across a dynamic technical organization, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while directing the work of others.Key Responsibilities* Serve as a primary business partner to senior leadership, managing executive priorities and strategic initiatives.* Drive cross-functional coordination, communication, and decision management across the organization.* Engage with finance, recruitment, HR, and PR to drive broader organizational initiatives.* Design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.* Facilitate clear communication across all levels, including leading staff discussions and cross-team meetings.* Support strategic planning, including goals management and resource planning for business reviews.* Lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives and special projects.* Proactively identify operational challenges and opportunities for efficiency to improve performance.* Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.* Prepare status reports for upper management regarding projects and programs.Required Qualifications**Education:** A bachelor's degree may be required.**Experience:** A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field or a related area is required. Alternatively, an MBA with 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience is acceptable.
