Real Estate Mid-Level / Senior Transactional Associate (Development Focus)

We are seeking a transactional associate with at least four years of experience to join the development practice of our market-leading and growing Real Estate Department in NY. Candidates should have: at least 4 years of substantive experience in real estate development or a closely related transactional practice, with meaningful exposure to New York City public-private partnerships and other real estate development projects; strong transactional drafting skills, including in connection with development agreements, regulatory agreements, and related instruments; knowledge of NYC development incentive programs; experience conducting real estate due diligence, including title, survey, and entitlement review; outstanding academic credentials; excellent written and oral communication skills. The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:

1. st year: $225,000
2. nd year: $235,000
3. rd year: $260,000
4. th year: $310,000
5. th year: $365,000
6. th year: $390,000
7. th year: $420,000
8. th year: $435,000
