We have ambitious growth plans, and we are so keen for you to join us on the journey.The RoleWe are hiring a Solutions Architect (SAP) to help financial institutions and enterprises modernise, test, and deploy complex ERP and core business systems with confidence.This is a highly customer-facing presales role sitting at the intersection of Enterprise ERP, Quality Engineering, Test Data Management, and Enterprise Transformation.You will partner closely with clients, system integrators, and delivery teams to demonstrate how Synthesized can accelerate SAP programmes, improve testing outcomes, reduce delivery risk, and enable faster, more reliable software releases.You'll act as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle — leading discovery, designing solutions, running Proofs of Concept (PoCs), supporting strategic opportunities, and helping customers understand how Synthesized fits into their broader SAP ecosystem.This role is ideal for someone who combines deep SAP expertise with strong consulting skills and enjoys solving complex transformation challenges within enterprise environments.What You'll Be DoingCustomer & Partner EngagementServe as a trusted technical advisor for enterprises evaluating SynthesizedBuild relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Testing, Delivery, Transformation, and Operations teamsSupport account teams throughout the sales cycle by providing technical leadership and solution guidanceTranslate customer challenges into practical implementation approaches and measurable business outcomesSAP Solution ArchitectureDesign and position solutions within complex SAP environments, including S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and surrounding enterprise ecosystemsUnderstand customer challenges relating to testing, test data, migration, integration validation, and release qualityAdvise customers on modern approaches to Software Quality Engineering and Test Data ManagementSupport large-scale transformation programmes involving ERP modernisation and platform upgradesSystem Integrator EnablementBuild technical relationships with SAP implementation partners and System IntegratorsEnable partners to position and deliver Synthesized successfully within enterprise transformation programmesSupport joint customer engagements and co-selling activitiesEmbed Synthesized into delivery methodologies and testing approachesProof of Concept & Technical ValidationSupport on end-to-end PoCs and Proofs of Value from discovery through successful completionDefine technical success criteria and measurable customer outcomesDemonstrate platform capabilities using customer use cases and enterprise scenariosDrive technical win strategies that support revenue growth and customer successProduct & Market FeedbackAct as the voice of enterprise customers internallyCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap prioritiesShare market insights, customer requirements, and emerging trends within the SAP ecosystemHelp shape future solution offerings for the enterprise sectorAbout YouSignificant experience working with SAP platforms in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Enterprise Architect, Delivery Lead, Presales Consultant, or similar roleStrong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise transformation programmesExperience supporting enterprise software sales cycles and technical evaluationsAbility to engage confidently with both technical and executive stakeholdersStrong consulting, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environmentWe'd Love To SeeTechnical Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Experience designing E2E business process test scenarios across core flows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) spanning SAP and adjacent systems (Ariba, Salesforce, logistics platforms)Experience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, or transformation programmesUnderstanding of Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Test Data ManagementExperience working with Global System Integrators and enterprise consultanciesKnowledge of business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or TreasuryExperience working with highly regulated enterprise environmentsDemonstrated ability to independently run technical discovery, design solution architecture, and lead PoCs/PoVs end-to-end with enterprise customersNice to HaveCertification in Tricentis Tosca, UiPath, or another major SAP test automation platformExperience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, or Focused Build/Focused InsightsSAP certification(s)Experience in Financial Services, Pharma, or Logistics verticalsPrior experience partnering with a TDM/data vendor or practiceWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first 6–12 months you will:Become the trusted technical advisor across
