Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Support project managers in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Assist in resolving any project-related issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations at all times.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Contribute to the identification of process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A background in construction management or a related field within the property industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of projects.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • A detail-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset to address challenges.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
