Intake Coordinator

To provide effective technical support and resolve client issues, the remote Intake Coordinator will manage incoming help requests, document user information, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while maintaining superior customer service. Key responsibilities Field incoming help requests from clients via phone and email, documenting all pertinent information and tracking resolutions Deliver excellent customer service by diagnosing client queries and guiding users through troubleshooting steps Participate in product training to stay updated on features and improvements, collaborating with team leaders to enhance service delivery Required qualifications Experience in claims processing or similar technical support roles Proficiency in using tracking software for managing client interactions Ability to navigate and understand product features for effective client support Commitment to ongoing training and self-learning opportunities Strong organizational skills for maintaining logs and records of customer queries
