Job Description & Requirements APN Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health Manager for a nursing job in Aventura, Florida. Specialty: Behavioral Health Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Staff Job Qualifications Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification or must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum 3 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting Minimum 3 years of experience as a full time Charge Nurse / Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care Hospital setting Additional Information 53 beds 108 FTE bht, rn, CNC 1:8 rn ratio Adults and generics patient census Manager oversees 24/7 function of unit 3-5 years of experience clinical inpatient psych 1 year leadership in acute care setting as full time charge RN, ANM, supervisor, etc. Compensation: Salary range from $38.52 - $48.15 - $55.26 based on years of experience.
