Position Overview APN Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health Manager for a nursing job in North Miami Beach, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Behavioral Health Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Staff Job Qualifications Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or recognized compact licensure Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification or must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Minimum 3 years of behavioral health nursing experience in an acute‑care hospital setting Minimum 3 years of experience as a full‑time charge nurse, coordinator, nursing administrative supervisor, or nursing manager in an acute‑care hospital setting Additional Information Unit of 53 beds. 108 FTE BHT, RN, CNC. 1:8 RN ratio. Adults and generics patient census. Manager oversees 24/7 function of unit. 3‑5 years of clinical inpatient psych experience. 1 year of leadership experience in acute care as full‑time charge RN, ANM, supervisor, etc. Compensation: salary range from $38.52 to $55.26 per hour based on years of experience.
