Reporting Structure: Report to: Customer Success Manager
Direct Reports: N/A
Key Performance Indicators: Revenue Generated/Quota Attainment, Win Rate/Conversion Rate, Average Deal Size, Sales Cycle Length, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), New Leads in Pipeline, Pipeline Value, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Responsibilities:
Make contact with both warm and hot leads, converting these into sales. Be confident in negotiations and objection handling. Selling the features and benefits of the Company. Maximise every opportunity. Identify customer needs and provide tailored based solutions and recommendations. Working in a highly targeted environment. Deliver exceptional service to our customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Represent the Company at key events
What we are looking for: Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets. Enthusiastic can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Experience working in a telesales environment would be advantageous.
