Patient Intake Coordinator

Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an exceptional healthcare network for a contract-to-hire Patient Intake Coordinator role in the Carmel, IN area! Responsibilities Float between all floors of the hospital to register inpatient patients. Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients. Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service. Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients. Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination. Requirements Previous medical insurance experience required. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service! Work Hours 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (40 hrs/wk) Job Type Contract-to-hire Pay Details $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
