Description Seeking an experienced personal injury attorney who is looking for a growth opportunity! Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. This is a tremendous opportunity if you want to grow. You should have at least 2 years of experience in personal injury, including settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings, and depositions. Common sense is a must! You do not need trial experience, but you must be fearless and willing to learn and try a case. Responsibilities • 2-5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, specifically in motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites, and other injury matters
