Schedule: Day Shift | Flexible | 2+ days per week

Hours: 8-hour shifts | As scheduled | Between 7:00 am - 6:30 pm

What You'll Do

  • Provide professional nursing care under provider supervision
  • Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV drips)
  • Perform IV therapy under RN direction
  • Assist with exams, diagnostic procedures, and treatments
  • Draw blood, take vitals, and assess patient condition
  • Document care and maintain confidentiality
  • Promote wellness through patient education

Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) OR Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
    • CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP)
    • Current Pennsylvania nursing license, or a multistate license issued by an NLC-participating state. Employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later establish residency in Pennsylvania must apply for a PA Nursing license within 60 days of their residency change.
