Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
• Float between units as needed within the facility or nearby sister facilities
• Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of PCU/Telemetry RN experience
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submittal
• Must provide 2 references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Leads)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similarly complex acute care environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and progressive care workflows
• Demonstrated flexibility with floating between units or facilities
