Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinical expert, providing direct services to individuals diagnosed with major mental health disorders and emotional challenges, both in-office and community settings.

• Engage clients in therapeutic interventions that include individual, group, and family therapy focused on their presenting problems and needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, ensuring adherence to treatment goals and adapting approaches as necessary.

• Document all treatment sessions, assessments, and client interactions timely, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing support and guidance to individuals in need during critical moments.

• Cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients by establishing trust and demonstrating compassion and integrity.

• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance agency service delivery and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients dealing with significant mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a valid LCSW license.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
