Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide various evidence-based therapeutic services, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure holistic care and positive client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. You will address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, aiming to empower clients toward leading healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, providing therapeutic services.

• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport across diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes access to health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and numerous client referrals, thereby reducing your workload in terms of client acquisition. Additionally, our administrative support for billing and documentation will allow you to focus primarily on client care.
