A premier Sarasota firm is seeking a Senior Trusts and Estates Attorney to join its highly regarded private client practice serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax strategies for a discerning client base. No book of business required. Relocation bonus offered to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning strategies
• Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, and related wealth transfer instruments
• Advise on income, estate, and fiduciary tax matters for individuals, trusts, and estates
• Counsel clients on business succession, charitable giving, and multi-generational wealth planning
• Collaborate with the firm's tax, corporate, and litigation teams on cross-disciplinary matters

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• LLM in Taxation required
• Significant experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Florida Bar admission or eligibility for admission
• Strong technical, drafting, and client counseling skills
