Sales & Senior Living Marketing Coordinator $24.00–$34.00/hour Hybrid Remote | Full-Time American Baptist Homes of the Midwest This is a hybrid remote position. While work is primarily performed remotely, candidates must reside in or near the Milwaukee, WI metro areas to support local communities, events, and occasional on-site activities. American Baptist Homes of the Midwest Home Office is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and relationship-focused Sales & Senior Living Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, helping guide them through the senior living journey while supporting sales, marketing, lead management, and customer experience initiatives. Why You'll Love This Role: Meaningful Work: Help seniors and families find the right community and care solutions Schedule: Monday–Friday during business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), with occasional evening or weekend commitments for community events, tours, meetings, or special projects as needed. Variety & Impact: Support multiple senior living communities and work with a diverse range of prospects Hybrid Flexibility: Work remotely while staying connected to local communities in the Milwaukee areas Relationship-Focused Sales: Build connections and guide families through important decisions Professional Growth: Gain experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and senior living Collaborative Culture: Partner with community sales teams, leadership, and marketing professionals Mission-Driven Organization: Join a team dedicated to serving older adults with compassion and excellence What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, website, referral, and digital inquiries Conduct discovery conversations to understand resident needs, care requirements, financial considerations, and timelines Qualify leads and maintain detailed records in the WelcomeHome CRM system Coordinate tours, prepare sales teams with prospect information, and conduct post-tour follow-up Maintain consistent communication and lead nurturing throughout the sales process Support marketing initiatives, events, email campaigns, and community outreach efforts Generate reports and support sales leadership with pipeline and conversion metrics Provide on-site assistance at communities during events, tours, and special projects as needed Deliver a warm, supportive, and professional experience for prospective residents and families What You'll Need: Must reside in or near Milwaukee, WI metropolitan area High School Diploma or GED required Prior sales experience required, preferably in a consultative or relationship-driven environment Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple communities Ability to travel between supported communities as needed Benefits: Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Professional growth and development opportunities Meaningful career with a mission-driven organization Opportunity to make a lasting impact on seniors and their families Ready to Apply?
