- Perform day to day accounting operations, including: AP, AR,AR and Payroll
- Responsible for timely and accurate month end close procedures and records
- Accurate and timely account reconciliations
- Process vendor invoices, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Monitor AP aging reports to determine potential payment issues
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 3 way matching experience required
- Must have strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel
- Must be organized and have great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Manufacturing company experience preferred
- Experience with Oracle, Smart Sheet and Paylocity, is a plus
