The Talent Coordinator supports recruiters, hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless, compliant and efficient hiring process. This role manages pre-hire and onboarding activities, maintains applicant tracking systems and helps deliver a positive candidate experience aligned with Sunrise’s mission and values.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and distribute high volume offer letters accurately and on time

• Coordinate background checks and ensure all state and local pre-hire requirements are met

• Oversee onboarding tasks and completion of required documentation

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) records

• Monitor hiring progress and provide daily updates on status and roadblocks

• Generate recruiting performance reports and track key metrics

• Host bi-weekly ATS “office hours” to support and train community users

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred

• 1–2 years of administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday preferred

• Strong data collection and basic analytics capabilities

• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for occasional extended hours

Pay Range:

19.74 - 24.68
