Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic. Our clinic is equipped with advanced therapy technology and equipment designed to aid in effective rehabilitation. You will collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, rehabilitation aides, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, developing individualized treatment plans that aim to restore mobility and function.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise programs, to facilitate effective recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed, ensuring that objectives are met effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics and injury prevention to promote long-term health and independence.
• Document patient care activities meticulously, maintaining compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and share insights for holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient orthopedic cases, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults seeking to regain mobility after surgery. Your role will be vital in instilling confidence in our patients as they embark on their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; preference will be given to candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• A compassionate attitude and passion for delivering exceptional care to patients is essential.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injuries will be regarded as highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
