The Opportunity We are seeking experienced handyman contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients. You will provide general handyman and light maintenance services, including minor repairs, basic carpentry, ceiling tile replacement, light plumbing and electrical work, furniture assembly, and preventative maintenance. Work may include service calls, punch‑list items, small projects, multi‑site commercial environments, coordination with facility managers, and occasional urgent requests. Responsibilities Deliver efficient, high‑quality repairs with minimal disruption to operations. Diagnose issues and execute repairs independently. Use professional tools and equipment. Maintain reliable communication and professionalism. Requirements Valid business license (if required for the service type). Worker’s compensation insurance. General liability insurance. Federal EIN. 18 years of age minimum. Favorable background investigation results. Not a sole proprietor. Proven experience in handyman or general maintenance services. Broad skill set across multiple trades. Reliable transportation. Preferred Experience working in commercial environments. Ability to handle multiple service types in a single visit.
