Key Responsibilities Drive sales of move management and moving services targeted to older adults, estate clear‑outs, and high‑needs clients (e.g., affluent individuals managing moves between multiple homes). Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients in the NOVA area. Manage client accounts from initial consultation through project execution, ensuring seamless service delivery. Set and achieve personal sales goals, with a focus on exceeding a baseline sales target (no rigid company‑imposed quotas). Qualifications Required: Proven sales experience in a customer‑facing role. Location within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) area or Howard County (MD) area Reliable personal transportation. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred: Experience in move management, residential moving, or senior housing/senior services sales. Strong project management skills to oversee moves from sale to completion.
