Chief Legal Counsel — Build the Legal Function (Private Investments)

Phoenix Financial is seeking its first General Counsel to lead the firm's legal affairs across the enterprise from Fort Lauderdale or New York City. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role for a securities lawyer who will own the function and advise the CEO, compliance, and portfolio teams.

The role covers private fund formation, SPVs, regulatory strategy, and managing outside counsel, with travel to Fort Lauderdale headquarters as needed.
