Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to join a mission-driven healthcare organization in Cleveland, OH. This is an exciting Direct Hire leadership opportunity for an RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, mentoring clinical teams, and driving quality and operational excellence.

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually

Location: Cleveland, OH

Position Type: Direct Hire

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 18 months

What You'll Do

As the Director of Nursing, you'll provide strategic leadership for nursing operations while ensuring the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all nursing operations and provide clinical oversight across the organization

• Supervise the Nurse Manager, Ultrasound Administrator, Ultrasound Technologists, and Nursing Support teams

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical standards, policies, and quality initiatives

• Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic goals and improve patient outcomes

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

• Lead infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff through education, training, and performance management

• Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture focused on accountability and excellence

• Respond to escalated patient and staff concerns while promoting exceptional patient experiences

• Provide clinical support during emergencies or staffing shortages when needed

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN or APN License

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience

• At least 2 years of leadership experience, including 1+ year in a clinical management or supervisory role

• Experience in surgical and recovery room nursing

• Current ACLS Certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN or MSN

• 4+ years of nursing experience

• OB/GYN nursing experience

• Additional clinical leadership experience

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
