Engagement Manager

To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time Engagement Manager will manage the implementation and design of services for Enterprise customers, ensuring alignment between sales and post-sales processes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, designing tailored implementation strategies and executing Statements of Work Facilitate effective handoffs from Sales to Professional Services to ensure alignment on customer expectations and deliverables Identify and refine patterns in service delivery to improve sales motions and customer outcomes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting Proven ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with significant implementation components Strong judgment and ability to balance customer needs with business outcomes Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams
