Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support TechnicianWe are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team to provide hands-on technical support across the organization.Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheralsEscalate complex issues to infrastructure and application teams and follow through to resolutionImage, deploy, and configure new hardware for onboarding and refresh cyclesManage user accounts, access requests, and password resets in Active DirectoryTroubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and MacManage and resolve tickets through the IT service management system within SLA targetsMaintain accurate asset inventory and documentationCommunicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical issues into simple termsRequirements:2 years of desktop support or IT help desk experienceRequired Skills:Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac hardware and softwareExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working directly with various stakeholdersPreferred Skills:CompTIA A or similar certification
