Senior Inside Sales Representative

Driving revenue growth, the full-time Senior Telematics Inside Sales Representative will manage a pipeline of opportunities remotely, acting as a trusted adviser to small and mid-sized businesses by understanding their needs and recommending telematics solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. Key responsibilities Engage with potential customers to identify challenges and position telematics solutions effectively Negotiate and close contracts while managing new business and upsell opportunities to meet sales quotas Utilize Salesforce for accurate pipeline management and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success post-sale Required qualifications 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in telematics or similar vehicle management solutions Previous experience with telematics, fleet management, or cloud-based applications Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is preferred Proficiency in Salesforce; knowledge of Google G Suite is a plus History of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and mentoring junior sales associates
