Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals tailored to each client's unique background and needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address clients' needs holistically.

• Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning whenever necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support in critical situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
