The position involves assessing and caring for patients during their visit, performing vital procedures, and collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Unit Information Location: Manor FSED, City, State Number of Beds: 11 Staffing: Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 Registered Nurses, 2 Certified Nursing Assistants, and 1-3 Sitters Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Registered Nurse Patient Ratios: Not applicable Type of Equipment: Ventilators, Point of Care Lab Machines Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Permanently Available Positions: Yes Key Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings. Administer IV starts and conduct 12-lead EKGs as required. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care. Monitor and evaluate patient conditions to implement care plans. Qualifications Must Have: Less than 2 years of nursing experience.
