You will manage a caseload of up to 25 patients, providing support and ensuring compliance with care standards. Experience with appeals and denials is essential, as is knowledge of benefits eligibility. The ideal candidate must effectively navigate health care regulations, including CMS and HIPAA guidelines. This position requires coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including social services. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are crucial for managing the demands of the position. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be open to float between units if necessary.
