Marketing Coordinator

Sun Eagle Corporation is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help lead our company in managing our marketing activities. We specialize in building commercial, municipal and private buildings. Our brand is to build world class Fire Stations, Community Centers, Aquatic Facilities, Offices, Warehouses and Schools. Our mission is to support our people and the environment. This job is full-time at our offices located in Chandler, Arizona at the 202 & Kyrene Road. Sun Eagle Corporation is a 48-year old General Contractor / Construction Manager. We construct buildings that will be used by the general public for 50-100 years. Our marketing activities include: Preparing proposals and statements of qualifications for public and private owners Branding Website updates Running advertisements Creating resumes and project descriptions Color branding for proposals and ads Choosing appropriate photos of interiors, exteriors, and aerial images for proposals Finding and reviewing Requests for Proposals / Qualifications Performing multiple concurrent assignments Any other tasks that may be assigned to you. What we expect from you: Bachelor's Degree preferred Similar marketing experience mandatory Creative thinking Written and verbal communication skills Assisting in Sun Eagle Corporation's philanthropic efforts with non-profit corporations / entities Time management and organizational skills Experience with the following is preferable: Adobe lnDesign (1 year mandatory), PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat Word, Excel Prolog and/or Procore Salary is negotiable and based on experience and past salary history.
