Our multidisciplinary team values integrity, responsibility, ethics, and respect for diversity. We aim to destigmatize therapy and foster a strong therapeutic alliance. Position Overview: We are recruiting a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LCSW-C) passionate about providing high-quality mental health care. Experience with military populations is a plus. The role involves diagnosing, treating psychological disorders, and collaborating with a treatment team. Responsibilities: Diagnose mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of sessions. Stay updated on research, practices, and standards. Engage in professional development activities. Qualifications: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
