Greater Family Health, a multi-site federally qualified health center in the Chicagoland area, seeks an IT Help Desk Analyst to resolve technical issues and document resolutions in a ticketing system. You will support end-user machines, servers, and network equipment, and participate in on-going IT projects while communicating with internal customers and vendors. You will be on-call for weekends and after-hours per schedule, and you must maintain privacy and security compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greater-Family-Health
