Real Estate Paralegal

Hiring for a senior-level Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with full-cycle closing experience in Miami, FL. This person should be well-versed in handling complex real estate transactions, including closing/post-closing procedures, title/survey review, UCC research and filings, due diligence, and ancillary document drafting. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare complex commercial and residential real estate contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents. Order and review title reports, lien letters, surveys, and related documents; prepare title synopsis for the attorney. Attend and conduct closings; prepare closing statements; handle post-closing aspects for disbursement and delivery of loan packages. Monitor and maintain closing checklists, closing deadlines, financial transactions, and due diligence. Draft, revise, and manage modifications to transaction documents, and prepare signature pages. Prepare and coordinate all final title policies for transactions. Handle entity formation, including preparation and filing of amendments to organizational documents as necessary Maintain organized files for voluminous transactions Communicate effectively with all parties involved, serving as a liaison among the attorneys, buyers, and sellers. Track all billable and non-billable time Experience necessary: 5+ years of experience with Commercial Real Estate and/or Residential Real Estate Transactions, including the full closing process Knowledgeable in lease negotiations, financing options, lending requirements, and various real estate documents. Familiar with FinCEN, KYC, and 1031 Exchanges Bilingual in Spanish and English This is a full-time, in-office position with a prestigious law firm in the area.
