A well-established CPA firm in the Greensburg area is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with experienced CPAs and partners in a relaxed, professional office environment serving a variety of clients. Candidates with public accounting experience are strongly preferred, but recent graduates with the right foundation may also be considered.

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
• The Bookkeeper will process payroll and prepare payroll tax filings
• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• The Bookkeeper will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support client accounting needs
• Assist with tax-related projects as needed
• The Bookkeeper will work additional hours during tax season when necessary

• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Knowledge of payroll tax preparation and filings required
• Tax preparation experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will also be considered
• Professional, personable, and able to work effectively with clients and team members
