ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of two with big plans for the future. Before opening my own office, I spent five years working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and vision to build an agency focused on growth, positivity, and opportunity.

I attended St. John’s University and am currently engaged. I also have a dog who keeps life fun outside the office. Building a balanced, positive lifestyle is important to me, and I bring that same energy into the workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sebastian Turcios - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain Property/Casualty insurance license.
