Agent Team Member Position

Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, organizational skills, self-motivation, proactive problem solving, dedication to customer service, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, ability to effectively relate to a customer, and bilingual - Spanish preferred.
