I opened my agency in 2012 after starting my State Farm career as a team member. I'm a graduate of Nicholls State University in Louisiana, a proud father of two daughters, and enjoy golfing and spending time with my family. Supporting our community is a big part of our agency. We sponsor local youth sports and cheerleading programs, and I volunteer as a youth sports coach. I enjoy investing in local families and helping young athletes succeed. Our agency offers health benefits, a gym membership, team development and coaching, team lunches, office happy hours, office snacks, and opportunities for growth and advancement. As an Account Associate for Mitch Landry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
