- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients' interests
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
- Must hold a current California State Bar License in good standing
- Responsibilities*
- Attend depositions, trials, hearings
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Communicate regularly with clients, offering clear, empathetic, and professional guidance throughout the process while providing updates on case status
